Which one is the vacum pipe pls ?

I'm not sure what you're looking for, if you're looking for the dump vavle, it's next to the turbo, on its right when you're facing the engine (like your photo).
There is a electrical connector, and the dump valve is fixed by 3 screws torx, the dump is at the bottom center of your photo.

Well yes i know, but when fitting a dumpvalve u need to connect a pipe to your vacuum pipe,

I wanted to know where this valcum pipe is.

I think there is a confusion between the dump valve and the wastegate. The wastegate, which is under the turbo has a pipe connected to a vacuum pump.
On the 207 RC engine, which is a bit similar to the 208 GTi engine, the vacuum pump was behind the engine, at the bottom, and very difficult to change.
The vacuum pump is connected to the wastegate on its right.

I dont want to change it i need to fit the dumpvalve valcum pipe to it.
